Overview Dashboard
The Overview page serves as the real-time command center for your e-commerce data pipelines. Designed for high-volume environments, this dashboard auto-refreshes every 60 seconds to give infrastructure teams and developers an immediate, visual health check of all outbound webhook traffic.
High-Level Operations Metrics
The top of the dashboard surfaces two critical telemetry cards covering the last 24 hours of activity:
| Metric Card | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Requests (24H) | The raw volume of webhook events securely received by Shop Vector from Shopify. |
| Delivery Success Rate (24H) | The exact percentage of events successfully dispatched and accepted by your downstream endpoints. Includes a dedicated, high-visibility counter for any failed deliveries requiring attention. |
Ingress Traffic Telemetry
The Ingress Traffic Load time-series chart plots inbound webhook requests over a rolling 24-hour window.
This visualization is engineered to help engineering teams instantly:
- Spot massive traffic anomalies (such as sudden flash sale spikes).
- Identify unexpected drops in webhook volume that might indicate an upstream Shopify misconfiguration.
Proactive System Health Alerts
The right-hand sidebar dynamically surfaces critical setup steps, system warnings, and shortcuts:
- Billing Alert Banner: Appears prominently if your account lacks an active subscription, providing a direct link to select a tier and prevent data processing pauses.
- Pipeline Management: A single-click shortcut to jump straight into your configured pipeline matrix.
Granular Exception Reporting
The Recent Pipeline Failures ledger isolates system bottlenecks by automatically cataloging any pipeline that failed to deliver an event within the last 24 hours.
To streamline debugging, each incident is broken down by:
- Pipeline Identity: The custom label assigned to the affected data track.
- Trigger Topic: The exact context of the incoming Shopify webhook.
- Failure Context: The precise HTTP error code or network timeout response (if available) returned by your downstream ERP, 3PL, or endpoint.
- Remediation Action: A direct deep-link to launch the pipeline editor and inspect the affected endpoint configuration.
Operational Health Note: If your pipelines are executing flawlessly, this exceptions ledger automatically hides itself. A completely clean dashboard ensures 100% of your transactional data is safely reaching its destination.
Provisioning New Pipelines
When your account is active and verified, a Create Pipeline shortcut is unlocked directly in the main header, allowing you to quickly provision new data routes, establish rate limits, and map payloads instantly.
