Because each specific store event type requires its own isolated pipeline, three pipelines give you enough room to protect a singular, vital data flow—such as sending standard order details directly to an emerging 3PL or warehouse tool.
Scale
Built for high-growth teams and agencies launching on Shopify Plus. Scale unlocks 10 active pipelines, giving you the flexibility to map complex, multi-stage workflows—like routing distinct events for order creation, updates, and cancellations individually. It also unlocks templated fields for building custom values from multiple payload fields, token-based OAuth2 authentication, and the RPS throttle cap to safely interact with external systems that enforce strict rate limits.
Enterprise
Engineered for household brands running high-velocity flash sales across multiple global regions. Enterprise gives you up to 100 pipelines to cover your entire cross-functional matrix of data destinations, alongside the mission-critical security compliance features—like mTLS—required by enterprise internal networks and legacy ERP setups.

Overage Protection
We will never cut off your data pipelines mid-month during a traffic spike. If you exceed your plan's monthly webhook limit, Shop Vector keeps processing your events seamlessly. Overages are simply metered at a flat per-event rate and appended to your next standard invoice.
Plan & Billing Management
Shop Vector integrates directly with Shopify's native billing system. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription instantly from the Settings menu inside the dashboard.
- Upgrades & Downgrades: Adjustments are calculated automatically by Shopify and prorated to the exact day.
- Feature Changes: Downgrading to a tier without certain advanced features (e.g., dropping from Scale to Growth) will immediately deactivate those specific mechanisms (like OAuth2 token fetching) on your next execution.
- Pipeline Limits: If your new plan's pipeline cap is lower than your current active count, excess pipelines will be safely paused automatically. You can choose which ones to reactivate by clearing room or upgrading again.
- Cancellations: Canceling pauses all active pipelines. Your configurations, field mappings, and keys are securely retained so you won't lose your hard work if you choose to resubscribe later.
